My name is Mariana and I am a REPs qualified personal trainer and former Olympian finalist swimmer who is dedicated to helping both men and women achieve a better lifestyle through improved fitness and healthy wellbeing.
I offer one-on-one and group training sessions.
My workout programs are designed to help fast track fitness exercise goals such as:
A guaranteed way to lose weight and gain lean muscle: I offer personalised fitness programs for both indivduals or small groups.
Training sessions range from 30 - 60mins and classes include; circuit gym, boxing, pilates and a range of leg, upper body and abdominal exercices.
Your first fitness consultation is provided FREE and includes; BMI resting heart rate, blood pressure, height/weight/waist/hip measurements, aerobic, strength and flexibility tests.
All training takes place in my private home studio located in Stanmore Bay Whangaparaoa.
My husband and I also offer professional swimming lessons for children and adults. One-on-one private lessons or group training available (max 3-4 people per class for 1 hour lesson per day). Swim training includes swim stroke correction, building overall fitness, sport conditioning and strength/endurance training for all ages. Family packages available on request.
